What’s a  Reserve?

If the winning bid is below the reserve price, the seller has the right to reject the bid and withdraw the item(s) being auctioned. The reserve price differs from a minimum bid, in that the seller sets the reserve price(if desired).

You can be the highest winning bid and still not win the auction if you are not meeting the items reserve amount.

You will only be contacted by Prestige Auctions if you are close to the reserve and the seller agrees to your bid amount.

Can I return my item?

No there is a No Return Policy. Items are as displayed.

When and where can I pick up my item?

If the item is at 135 B Henderson Drive, then it can be picked up during pick up and delivery hours.

Pickup & Delivery Hours:

Monday-Friday 9:00 am -5:00 pm

Thursday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm

Arrangements can also be made at the buyers expense to have it shipped. If item remains at sellers location the buyer is responsible to pick up from seller.

How much does it cost to list my items with you?

There is 25% charge on listing an item.

(discounts apply to higher volume and higher priced items)

Can I list my item as a Buy It Now?

Yes you can!

How long is my item listed for?

Items will be listed for 2 weeks then relisted for a final week.

What time does the auction start and close down?

Auctions will all start on Wednesday mornings at 6:00am and will close 2 weeks later at 10:00pm.

What if an item is on a buy  now and auction?

If the item is purchased through buy now the auction will close. The auction will only continue if there is  more than 1 item in stock.

Anti-Snipe Technology:

“Our website features anti-snipe technology.  If a bid is placed within the anti-snipe time period before the listing closes, the listing is extended by the anti-snipe time.”

How do I place a bid?

When placing a bid do not use the $ sign, just enter the amount using the decimal. ( for example if you want to bid ten dollars you should enter 10.00)  You can enter two bids…the second bid would be your max bid amount you would like to pay.  Coming soon will be a Min  & Max Bid button!

Do my items have to be clean for Prestige Auctions to sell?

Yes Prestige Auctions has the right to refuse items that are not clean. Example: If you have a deep freeze or tables please give them a wipe down.

How long do I have to pick up my won item?

You have until the following Tuesday evening unless the item has been paid for and other arrangements have been made!!! If it is not picked up or arrangements have not been made the item will be reposted.
